Know
what to
beat.
Cranked shows you what you lifted last time, right above the box you are about to type into. Log every set. Beat every session.

Gravity lost today.
The number you have to beat is already on the screen.
Type something heavier than 100 and log it. Then end the workout, the way you would in the gym. That is the whole app — there is nothing else to learn.
Go on. Change the number.
Three things
worth knowing.
Know what to beat
Last session's numbers sit directly above the box you type into. No scrolling back through history, no remembering, no notes app.
It is a safety thing as much as a progress thing. Guessing what you lifted last time, after a few weeks away, is how people load the bar too heavy and lose months to an injury.
Works with no signal
Built for basement gyms, modern gyms and the corner of a garage. Everything is written to your phone first and syncs when the signal comes back.
Kilos or pounds, one tap
Switch whenever you like. Your history never drifts, because the unit is only ever how the number is shown to you.
Form guide
Forgot
how it goes?
Every movement has a how-to one tap away, inside the screen you are already on. You never have to leave the app and go looking on the internet halfway through a set.
- Written steps, numberedA few lines telling you where the bar sits, what braces, and what moves first.
- A five-second loop for the lifts that hurt peopleBack squat, bench press, deadlift, Romanian deadlift, overhead press and bent-over row each have a silent looping clip of the movement done properly. More are being added.
- No coaching, no opinionsIt shows you the movement and gets out of the way. Cranked is a log, not a personal trainer.
The Global Ledger
See how your
set measures up.
A number on its own tells you nothing. Put it next to everyone else's and it starts to mean something.
Where these numbers come from
Published strength standards, not Cranked's own users — Cranked is new and its own Ledger is still filling up, so nothing here is presented as Cranked data. The figures come from Strength Level's public standards, drawn from just under 25 million logged lifts, where each level is defined by the share of lifters it beats. The age adjustment is derived from the same source. With no bodyweight given the comparison assumes 80 kg for men and 65 kg for women. Every row is shown at your own rep count, so nothing here asks you to test a single.
The library
105 Movements,
shared by everyone.
One shared list, so a bench press is a bench press whoever logged it. That is what makes the Ledger mean anything. Form videos for the lifts most likely to hurt you.

Questions.
Do I need an account?
No. You can open Cranked and log a full session without creating anything. An account exists so your history follows you to a new phone and so your lifts can appear on the Global Ledger.
I have never lifted before. Where do I start?
Open the home screen and pick one of the suggested workouts. They were written for someone walking into a gym for the first time, with nothing assumed about what you already know. Follow one, log what you actually do, and Cranked remembers the rest. The same app carries you from that first session to chasing your own numbers years later.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Everything is written to your phone first. When the signal comes back it syncs on its own. It was built for basement gyms, modern gyms and the corner of a garage, because signal is not something you can count on.
Is it really free?
Yes. There is no payment system in the app at all — no subscription, no in-app purchases, nothing to unlock. Anyone who joins now stays free.
Does it work on Android?
An Android app is coming. Until then Cranked runs in any modern phone browser, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app. Everything works there, including offline.
Kilos or pounds?
Either, and you can switch whenever you like. The unit is only how a number is shown to you, so your history never drifts when you change it.
Is my data mine?
Yes. You can delete your account and everything attached to it from inside the app, and it goes. Cranked does not sell data and does not run advertising.
